Couscous a Gogo serves Mediterranean cuisine inspired by Tunisian flavors and fused with farm fresh ingredients.
The general manager and co-owner, Anis Habib, is originally from the Mediterranean seaside town of Bizerte, Tunisia. He is fluent in French, English and Arabic. His background is in food service and retail management, where he gained recognition for delivering 5-star customer service. He personally trained the Couscous a Gogo staff to ensure each customer receives exceptional, caring service.
Co-owner Justine Block, an attorney and entrepreneur, is from Chicago, Illiniois. She is passionate about healthy eating and environmentally conscious. She set their sustainable sourcing principles, which reflect conservation of our planet’s limited resources with respect for the ocean and farm animal welfare.
Meats are from pasture raised animals. Eggs are cage-free. Tuna is caught using pole and line gear to minimize harm to other marine life. Most servingware is biodegradable, compostable & petroleum-free.
Justine, who is vegan, developed the vegan sauces and options. The Falafel, Hummus, Couscous a la carte, Meatless Kefta and Chorba offer vegan, heart-healthy options.
